• Interactive Visualizations: Explore concepts through mind maps, diagrams, and simulations.
• Quiz Generation: Create and take quizzes to test your knowledge, with the assistance of an AI companion.
• Content Upload: Upload your own study materials (PDFs, images, etc.) to use with our AI tools.
• Memory Tree: A tool to help you visualize and track your learning progress.

2. User Accounts

To access most features of our Services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. User-Generated Content

You may upload or create content, such as documents, images, and notes ("User Content"). You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. However, by uploading User Content, you grant Vision Solve AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with providing the Services to you.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to grant us the license for your User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

4. Subscription and Credits

Our Services are offered on a subscription basis, which is managed through a credit system.

• Free Tier: All users receive a monthly allocation of free credits.
• Paid Plans: To access more features and increase your credit limit, you may subscribe to one of our paid plans ("Plus" or "Premium").
• Credit Usage: Credits are consumed when you use certain features, such as generating videos or quizzes. The credit cost for each feature is displayed within the platform.
• Billing: Subscription fees are billed on a monthly or yearly basis. All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Razorpay.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Upload or share any content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.
• Engage in any activity that could harm or disrupt the Services.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account.
• Use the Services for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on our platform, including software, text, graphics, and logos (excluding User Content), are the exclusive property of Vision Solve AI and are protected by intellectual property laws.

The Services are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. Vision Solve AI does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information provided by our AI tutor. You should always verify the information with other sources.

In no event shall Vision Solve AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services.
